Bought a van from here £5000 part ex my old car , had the van less than a month before it stopped working as it was under warranty the garage took it back no problem wich was great , it was there a week until I got it back only for it to break down again driving it home , I’ve done over £300 worth of work in the back of the van money I’ve lost aswell as the price of the van , I’m currently in touch with trading standards and since the garage hasn’t responded to a single email or letter they’ve been sent I must now go to court to resolve this issue , I’m a 21 year old working lad this is my first vehicle I bought out of my own pocket and I thought it was from a trusted company, I’ve worked 7 months of my life skinting myself to afford this van only for it to break down and be sat longer than it’d been driven , I’m now out of money and lost hope in this garage and the vehicle weeks ago , I hope to get this issue resolved without a court settlement, but unfortunately that’s the route we’re going down now as the garage hasn’t been helpful in resolving this issue but I’m entitled to my money! Avoid

Initially went for a different vehicle and changed my mind which they were very understanding of. Decided to increase my purchase amount and worked with car loans 365 to get a lovely high spec Ford Kuga. Neil even handed over on a Sunday. Lots choice on the forecourt. Took out an additional warranty too. Looked at other garage's who were very pushy so was good to deal with these.

Been a loyal customer since 2000. Glyn the owner, has always been an honest and pleasant gentleman. Then you've got Steve, the mechanic, who is so knowledgeable in his trade. He is also so polite honest and pleasant. In the office there is Helen. Besides being so pleasant and always welcoming, she is very efficient. Woulrecommend day

Found the car i saw advertised and received excellent service from point of sale to aftercare having the need to return the vehicle for some advice The workshop mechanic took the time to check my concerns , A new part was ordered and the sales office loaned me a courtesy car until the work was completed . Very friendly and helpful team , nothing seems too much trouble My part exchange vehicle was collected on time from home , good communication . Very happy with the car and excellent customer service i received .
